Shipping Area
We ship our pickleball paddles and related products exclusively within Switzerland. International shipping is not available yet.
Order Processing
We process orders quickly and carefully. Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).
If an item is temporarily out of stock or during unusually high order volumes, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery timeline.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options:

Tracking

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.
All prices and shipping fees are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT (MWST). Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly indicated on our website.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service. While we strive to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot control minor delays caused by the courier.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
